I am not much of a baker, but no-one else has commented D: sooooo if I was you, I would do a direct substitute in a recipe you know is good - ie. if you have a lemon recipe you know is yummy, if the lemon is juice then just substitute a mixture of orange and cranberry juice, if its fruit then fruit, rind then rind, etc - dont mess with the recipe too much and you cant go too far wrong!! :D
Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone out here. Now I'm torn, I mentioned the recipe idea to my mom and brother (She's a baker, he's a chef) and they both looked at me HORRIFIED. Like this was the most discusting combonation of flavQors they could conseve of. ::sighs:: ::throws hands in the air::

Mom sugested instead I make a cranberry chiffon pie with an orange marangue. Which to me dosn't sound appealing AT ALL. ::sighs:: But after looking at some recipes, I figure I could do something with that. I just... ::sighs:: So far you're the only person to go "YES! This would be AWESOME! DO IT!"
K as a baker and a cook, I think it sounds fucking amazing and I want it desperately. Next time I visit or you visit me (YOU KNOW YOU WANNA) you will be making it for me.
