I am indeed intimidated by Twitter's popularity - although I do expect majority of people to be morons with attention span of a kitten and inability to comprehend more than twenty words at one go, to see them happily indulge in their own, pardon for the pun, shortness and moreover, spread it over the sheeple - it is scary. Oy vey. :S -

Piles and piles of angst on "Lost", and most of it is piled on Sayid. I wonder if the writers dig CLAMP as well as Stephen King. "Hey, look what they're doing to this Subaru and Kamui dudes! Lets do something like this to one of ours, too!" - "Cool!"

Finished the first run of "Neverwinter Nights 2". Got owned quite a lot to the end (somewhat improved in the expansion - towards its end, I was able to kill ancient vampire monks just with one stab of rapier from behind. Googled around KOTOR 2. Yes indeed - the game was mutilated like this because Lucas Empire wanted it to make for the Christmas sales. Death to corporate scum! And now when I read just what was cut out, I'm twice as pissed. :E I mean, nor Planescape: Torment neither BG2 had a NPC driven crazy with jealousy and inviting another NPC for a little ( Read more... ) -

Bin' playin' KOTOR 2 these days. Happily obsessed, tending just basics needs such as loo and coffee refills like in good ol days. Engrossing thing, although controls are wonky, but it's adaptation from a console game, so it's expected. Lovely diverse NPCs. Nice graphics, multiple choices. Yay ( Read more... )
