Thank YOU for putting up the pattern! I didn't link to the original con story, but I can if you'd like :D I love it -- it's such a great creation, and dammit, the knitters and the crocheters deserve some recognition! I think it's better than my vinyl version that I bought from eBay...

Oh this is an adorable rec. They are all clever, and i love the irony of socks, but the socks are also great!

Thanks for these. I might very well try to make the coffee cup some time. I would probably use different colors. I wish there was a pattern for the socks. I've never tried to make socks - if you're a veteran sock knitter, it probably wouldn't be too hard to devise a pattern, but I don't think I could myself.

Oh my God, I've been recced! lol (universeofblue is my knitting blog)

I hope to see lots of Torchwood cups in the future. I am going to make more myself once I'm done with my x-mas knitting, and I promise to post more pictures of the process then.
