Man, congrats on the commission & for having the guts to ask for it! I tend to be pretty awkward harassing artists whose work I adore. Ron Spencer does some wicked sweet pencil art and has pretty much an instantly recognizable style, so again, grats on the commission!
I bought two Werewolf/White Wolf originals from Mr. Spencer a few years back, and yeah, those were/are my dream pieces.
Cheers!

I've been commissioning artwork from artists at Gen Con for almost 15 years now, so the hesitation to ask for work isn't there, but I do prepare myself either for silence or rejection as well. Unfortunately, Mr. Spencer doesn't plan on attending any conventions that I'll be around this year, but maybe one day I'll snag him.
I've always loved his pencil-work as well, You're quite lucky to have some of the original WW art, so congrats. :D After this project is more fully-done, I may throw down some personal cash to have my own werewolf/weretiger character drawings done. But until then, this project comes first. (there will be more to come. I've given approvals on a "Doom Worm" and "Flesh Golems", so feel free to watch here on occasion, or you can check out www.winterhavenlarp.com when I start posting these things too. ;)
