Part of a dream comes true (Commission by Ron Spencer!)
I have always loved Ron Spencer's pencil work from the time I first saw it in the Werewolf: the Apocalypse books in the early 90s.
A few weeks ago I finally got up the gumption and did some searching and found a single Email address that might lead me to him. Well, my gamble worked out and I got in touch with him. I gave him some stuff to be used for the Final Haven / Winter Haven web site / rule book and ... well, here's the first thing I've gotten.
I took his scan and did a quick color job to it for online use and whatnot. What do you think?
I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am by this. I adore the motion, the style... he's a fantastic artist.
There will be several more in time. Another one is on the way within the next day or so, but I thought I would show this to you.
