So I popped out to the restaurant down the road to have a second dinner (normal practice for me), a couple of drinks and answer my emails in peace. I asked the waiter to recomend something Georgian and good but he told me that if I wanted something really good I should pass on something Georgian and "order this steak, it is awesome, we fly the meat

Shame it wasn't a good steak.  Next time you should find chef Gordon Ramsey.  I hear he can make a really juicy yummy steak.
