[The question seems to catch him a little off guard, and then, for a brief moment, his lips quirk into a smile. Of course, he wouldn't be able to hide it from them, because the people he's most set on hiding it from are the people who know him better than anyone.

First things first, however:] For the time being, we need to hang back. If Saki and Sheik agreed not to take action, then so will we.

For the record, I don't intend to tell Valeria about this right now. [He was about to add Schneizel, too, but - it seems he's disappeared.] I'm not sure how much Sheik knows about everything else, but if it comes up it won't be a problem. Anyone in his place could likely piece it together eventually.

[This said, he pauses a moment, then sighs. He smiles, earnestly, but it's a small, weak thing.]
