I had wondered how I'd get this back, but... it was on the table when I woke up.
[Silence reigns for a few moments. When Souji speaks up, however, he does so with a small smile. It's clearly a taut little thing, but it remains earnest, and the gratitude in it is genuine.]I would like to thank everyone who helped bring me back. Yosuke told me it

[Unseen, something a little like a wince flickers on his face for a moment. He goes on calmly however, of course, undeterred.]
When I was on my way to meet Suzaku for patrols, I - found a banshee at the well. She sang to me - an old folk ballad from a region of my world. I was on my way home after my patrol, and then I felt... a compulsion to go to the woods, though. I can't remember why, exactly, and it wasn't something I could deny.

You've been given the explanation of what's going on, haven't you?

...It would be rude of me not to try and make up for lost time, regardless.

I appreciate their effort.
[She's obviously new - so he doesn't ask for confirmation, only pauses a moment before offering -]
