I can grant this movie some accolades for not taking itself too seriously.

I'm glad some people can look at it that way because every time I watch it, I feel like they are trying to make a genuine scary movie.

P.S. Favorite blooper?

I didn't watch the whole blooper reel, but I loved almost all of what I saw. The wobbly hand in the cellar door getting pounded over and over again with an axe was hilarious. They seemed like they were so serious about getting it exactly right. Haha, not possible. Hey, guys, it's a wobbly hand. In a really bad horror flick. Don't try so hard.
