dude things have changed because, well, things change. it's sucky but, alas, inevitable. i think one just needs to take the changes the best one can and try to roll with them. to attempt to avoid or dictate change seems futile to me because one will only end up bitter and unhappy doing that. and the nora i know ain't no bitter or unhappy!

ps. i'm insecure too
