So I'm awake at 5am, working on school stuff until I randomly get the itchiest labia of life (wtf always seems to happen right before period week), and it was swelling up on the right side pretty bad. So I do what I usually do when I get allergic skin reactions... I put an ice cube in a ziplock bag... but this time I put it right over my panties

It works quite well for itching and swelling, burning as well. I suffer from chronic vaginal irritation and I have to sit on the often enough to know how well it works lol.
