Just watched the more recent version of Kafka's The Trial. Visually good but I still think I prefer the Orson Wells moody black and white version. I'd love to see Terry Gilliam do it. -

Space Games
So I downloaded Oolite a few weeks ago, a totally free PC version of the wonderful old space game Elite which I used to play on the Amiga 500 in the eighties and this new version is absolutely great!
So I thought I'd try a few of the online space games to see how they compare. So far I've tried:

My NEW website is up and running! I built this one myself using Frontpage (I know, I know) so I'd understand how to update it when I need to. I'm no web designer, so it's not genius but it does the job. Thanks Pete for helping me upload it!!

PICNIC
Local peeps might like to join us! Me and the girls are having a picnic this sunday, 23rd August (weather permitting of course) in the nice quiet orchard on the corner of Stockinstone Rd and New Bedford Rd (across the road from the cricket ground). I have finished all the pages for my new website: It's taken me ages putting them together using Frontpage, a utility thoroughly un-recommended by some of my friends, but it would have taken forever to do any other way!
