i would LOVE to come over to the island for your birthday.
what day are you doing your family thing?
maybe you can have a shin-dig at the reef, and then bowling afterwards? (on a friday or saturday before your BIG day)

i haven't figured out what day i am celebrating with my family, but my guess is it will probably be sunday the 19th, a day before my actual birthday, since tess & my dad will be off school & work.
i lovvve the idea of the reef... mm. especially a delicious brunch there - i love their smoothies & tofu scrambles. and jam filled johnny cakes!! hm...

That's so ironic you have this post because just this evening I mentioned to Dodger that your birthday is coming up & I want to be sure to send out my next snail mail package to you by then!

I am absolutely positive you will, in all your creative glory, find a magnificent way to spend your birthday. In fact, I think you should make a week of it. Plan a little something special every day, starting week prior and building up to the big day.
