Last night matrushkaka and I actually did go see X-Men 3 after I stole a Prius. Fomdi told us that a nearby theater was showing it open captioned, and the ticket seller warned us again that the movie would have captions, and we were very prepared to see a movie with captions

Wow, don't know any theatres around here who do open captioned versions of English
language films (other than the Sound Of Music singalong). I considered bashing together
my own setup to do so by hooking my outboard closed caption decoder to the laserdisc
player, setting it to captions only on a black background, and running the movie with
one projector and the captions with another.
