Mmmmmmmmm, mead. Sounds like the perfect way to have it, too, ala Theodred and Boromir. Lovely.

I just think mead has got to be the sexiest drink EVER. All that golden-honey-sweetness. Yum.

Thank you! And thanks for reading and taking the time to comment.
I still have a snow day icon around. That's actually sort of sad, I think, considering that we had no snow to speak of all winter here.

Boromir, Theodred and mead is such a perfect combination. The juxtaposition of the icy wind and remembered fire is perfect.

Ah, thanks! Their drinking mead at midwinter is itself a celebration of memorable summer days. Layers within layers.

Congratulations, by the way! I haven't yet ordered my copy of Lace and Blade 2 but will just as soon as I get back from my trip.

Just a little dollop, like sour cream on a tostada. It wasn't the last time ever, just the last time. *g*

That's lovely - and not too sweet...which can be a problem with mead, of course!

Hee. The fabulous edoraslass introduced me to the delights of mead in general, and iced mead in particular - I know it must sound like sacrilege but it cuts the sweetness admirably, turning iced mead into the perfect summer drink. Hee!
