I am getting increasingly more and more frustrated with with discrepancies between the subtitles on my Zimmer 483 DVD. I've watched it with English, Italian and Spanish, and they're all different. ::sigh:: They're obviously basically the same, but some conversation bits are different ( Read more... )

Oh the frustration of not knowing German. I really need to learn German as well, I acutally looked up if there was some beginners course at any school around here but it wasn't. :( I do have some German left from 5 years of studying it in school but that's not that much. Scheisse.

At least you have some background in it...I am completely lost. If I weren't so lazy I might actually make progress, but, as is? Not so much. I want to just go to Germany to learn, because that works best for me, instead of studying.

Yeah, I do. I thought I had forgotten all my German when I found Tokio Hotel, becuase I hadn't used the language snce school but a lot of it has come back. I can understand most of written German and some spoken (depends on how fast the person speaks so Bill und Tom? Nein. )

I agree with you, the best and easiest way to learn a new language is to simply move there. I want to do that too.

Maybe it is because our bbs are talking so much bullshit, that it's really hard to transalate that properly into other languages ^__^

I think that's probably it. And they talk too fast, so different parts of the conversation got translated. ::sigh::
