Tonight on Discovery channel I’ll be providing the narration for the Discovery channel series Atlas which is focusing on Australia this week.

I’m sorry I’ve been a bit lax here, but I’ve been busy - being a dad is my number one priority! I should have an actual real update soon.

A close friend of mine passsed in a freak accident yesterday afternoon.

I haven't been able to put any of it into words, let alone comprehend the why.

All I can say is my heart and soul goes to the family, and the world is a lesser (and far less amusing place) without him.

Not that it comes as any surprise to my friends - but I'm a bit of a hermit when it comes down to it. I like a handfull of people, and that's it. Most people I don't like - but will tolerate for various reasons, for work, family or friends. With Ten's birth, the visit the new baby bandwagon was in full force again. Well I turned out to watch Australia take on South Africa this week. Took my little Charlie boonker to the stands of Sydney Cricket Ground. I guess I’m pretty well-known for my love of sport, but on Wednesday morning most all my attention was focused on Charlie in spite of myself.
