.....Actually, I have never stated my gender on the internet either way. Well, except in one place, going far, far back in my time on the interwebs (so you can find my gender if you look hard enough...XP). I...just think it's Really Really Funny when people guess. I honestly have NO IDEA why.
The above is actually an OC of mine, who by common fanfic standards would be considered a self-insert. Which is why I will never be published.
I know! I actually checked your lj profile and you dA page before and saw that no gender was stated. It's just that someone referred to you as male in a post, and your oc looks male so I was WTF??? because in my head Toboe = girl.
Hmm...well, from my journal it takes only two links to find out, actually... I just never say if someone's correct or not if someone refers to my gender online. So...they can be correct or incorrect...XP
^^;;; Sorry, I just think it's really funny. I tell people if they ask me on IM, but otherwise... XD
I see you're making good use of your tablet. *nods approvingly* Honest, my face is more like:
=.=.
I hate to be a moocher, Toboe, but you're wise, right? I need help with a physics project (finalprojectomgworth1500whatthegoingtodieflameburn). I was wondering if you could recommend a site or link to research the physics of carnival games (milk bottle toss, basketball toss, apple-bobbing, etc)?
Apologies if this is outside your field of knowledge. Googling and high school resources do me no good when it comes to the art of knocking those bottles off the stand. ;___; I hope you can help me; if not, that's fine. I can make do.
Amusingly, I drew that on the back of my test, and I know my professor saw it because he had flipped them all over to hide the names, so...XDDDD
...Me, wise? Uh, you're talking to the person who has absolutely no logical sleep schedule and a really bad thing on deadlines.
Searching on Google, I think I found two good sites for you, a problem set (with answers!) on various carnival games and a book reference -- I don't know if you can actually get the book, but that site does link you to some other sites which could be useful. A few of those link to some Nifty Equations and Diagrams (which I'm sure your teach will love XP).
It shouldn't be too bad though. You can get a start with these references and come up with the basic physics of a "normal" game. Then you can see what physics variable they screw around with to make it really hard for people to win. Like for the bottle-knocking game, they make the bottle Really Heavy.
Really? How did your professor take it? +50 extra credit points for universal truth? xD
You're surviving, aren't you? Therefore, You > Me.
Thank you so much for finding those links for me, Toboe! I think it's really going to help out. Now, I just need to actually apply myself to that 50-page report. *DED*
Really, though, thanks a bunch. ♥
Haha, I'm sure next month will have a different expression. Just you wait.

All this time I always assumed you were a girl.
