I went to the neuro on Thursday and got admitted to the ER then the hospital due to vertigo and wretching. Well the vertigo is gone and now they are trying to figure out why I keep trying to expel anything solid I eat.

I had a barrium test today - yeah I basically failed it.Now my stomach hurts so bad I cannot straighten the muscles to standup or lay flat. Upshot is early AM they are putting a scope down my throat; figure out what to do from there. The GI doc told me he didn't think I'd last 6hrs out of the ER if I went home *sigh*

Wow, I had no idea things were quite so serious with you at the moment. I'm working my way through the last couple of weeks of my flist and I'm way behind. I hope by now you're home and they've sorted out whatever was wrong. *hugs*

NP I was having a hard time checking stuff on my phone :) I mean I have one not all 9 of my emails sent to my phone and my LJ email is not one of the one I get... yeah I'll change that if I have more hospital stays.

I'm hopeful that I won't have another anytime soon, but considering how many more tests they want to run, I'm not holding out. I'm just hoping to avoid things like another spinal tap or abdominal surgery if I can possibly avoid it. *shrugs* Being sick is not fun. Being sick for a long time makes you adjust quickly to necessity.
