Totally, totally seconded. I can't consider my Lost Tuesday complete until I've got a toastandtea reaction/recap post.

Maybe during his Dharma years Sawyer had to repress all his Star Wars knowledge so he wouldn't blurt a related-quip out and ruin his cover story? (that's what I'm going with, anyways ( ... )

I think if I really thought about it, uh, my personal desperately-need-an-answer mystery are the Adam and Eve skeletons. UHHH, six years later, I still want them to be JACK AND KATE?! Remember that? Remember simpler times, when I was just angry that LOST took away from Alias so noooooooooooooo no no no I'm not going to watch this- oh- wait, why is this pretty and fantastic AND AWESOME? There are really not a lot of shows that I have watched basically from start to finish, as it was happening, actively engaged. I... I feel like the next month, I've only hit the tip of this emotional iceberg.

Jack as new Jacob makes a lot of sense. Not that other people as new Jacob don't either, but Jack, you know, IT WORKS? Finally at peace. finally with a purpose. BUT SORT OF NOT REALLY. Yeah, he gets to fix things as a spiritual profession (IS THERE A PRO FORMA INTERVIEW PROCESS? DOES JACK NEED A RESUME), but it's... for all eternity. It's meaningful and meaningless at the same time? So: Team Jack is the New Jacob.

EXACTLY. This is exactly what i have already written as part of my forthcoming nostalgia post! There is literally no other show i have crazy fanatically obsessed over for six years in a row. Not even my most favorite of former shows had that kind of longevity. (even X-Files, which i certainly watched for that long, but was only a rabid fangirl about for, oh, two of those years?)

Whoever Adam and Eve is i just hope it's not boring! Like "surprise, it's Bernard and Rose. mystery solvzzzzzzzzzzzzz..." But i'm afraid it might just end up being a throwaway answer, like the whispers. :/

Yeah, he gets to fix things as a spiritual profession (IS THERE A PRO FORMA INTERVIEW PROCESS? DOES JACK NEED A RESUME), but it's... for all eternity. It's meaningful and meaningless at the same time?UM, OBVS EVERY SEASON OF THE SHOW HAS BEEN THE INTERVIEW PROCESS. Oh, oh, but he can put "janitor" on his resume!! :D Anyway, YES, ( ... )
