I feel like the whole point of this episode was to establish what Jack's tattoo means...and to that I say, nhhhuh? WHY? I don't actually CARE what his tattoo means. Because it's Matthew Fox's tattoo, not Jack's. But apparently, the writers seem to think we all cared very deeply. And for some reason Bai Ling had to be added to the mess. I mean, seriously, BAI LING? LOLZ.

I don't even know why i still ship them, but... i... do. WHAT AM I GETTING OUT OF THIS RELATIONSHIP?
You and me both. It's just...they're pretty, and they're angsty, and he doesn't call her "kiddo". Win/Win/Win?

My thought process when seeing Bai Ling... "Why do I know who you are? What have you been in? Bai Ling? Why is that name familiar? Don't I read about you on a website? There's always some picture of - Ew. You're a regular on Go Fug Yourself! Why are you on this show? Why?!"

I'm still shipping Jack/Kate. It's like a disease. A very pretty, photogenic disease.

Yes, it is exactly what it looks like. Livejournal even corrupted my brain enough that i watched the original version (ARCADE FIRE SO MUCH BETTER) the night before it actually premiered. And i NEVER watch pilots before they air!

And now i've watched/thought about it so much that i feel like it's been about two months since i first saw it. IT HAS NOT BEEN TWO MONTHS, IT HAS BEEN FIVE DAYS.
