What about someone who has one line? Does that still count? Or do they have to be completely line-less?
As long as it's not a recurring character (aka named), anybody goes. The guy at the door of Twister, someone in the Realm, hollering.. heck, Ralph and Lorraine's kids. :)
The dark-haired woman glanced scornfully at her younger companion in the shadows of the alley. The younger eyes were focused on the drama surrounding the log of prisoners and missed it.
"What you did was stick your six, greedy, little hands into something for bigger than a bounty. Get rid of her."
"What? No! Zero, don't do this! Give me my money. Zero!"
Tempestofnight crossed her arms as she focused on the instructions between the General and another Longcoat. "Never trust a Longcoat. Airofday should have known better,” she told her younger sister.
Breezeofdawn shrank back against the bricks as their older sister was dragged down the street by two Longcoats, still cursing the one named Zero. “They’re going to kill her. What are we going to do?”
“What we always do, save her gaudy backside.” Tempestofnight headed further into the alley, pausing to pick up a pair of cudgels they had left at the back entrance of their booth’s building. Breezeofdawn followed.

Day's EyeThe interior of the shop was dim and dusty, an obvious requisite for this deep in the city. The smog outside blotted out the light of the suns, and sometimes whole days would go by before the street bricks were washed in any sort of natural light. But it was here that true life in the city thrived, and it was here that the jewels of the country were kept, sitting on glass shelves just waiting for some poor wanderer to stumble along and fall hopelessly in love

How the Mighty Fall, PG, Longcoat Bart, Words: 737gatechicJanuary 29 2010, 02:24:04 UTC
Bartholomew Chastain DeMonty III, otherwise known as ‘Bad Bart’, was part of the most ruthless squad of Longcoats in the Sorceress’ Army. People scattered when they were spotted and Bad Bart relished and fed off that fear. He loved to see them grovel and plead for mercy, which of course, was never granted.
He was surprised when their mission had changed from finding the Emerald to finding a girl, a Slipper to be exact. She had traveled from the Other Side when Lonot and his squad failed to capture her. Fools, he thought, we should have been sent. How hard can it be to capture a girl? When Zero became general, his position elevated to a high status: he became Zero’s second in command. A position that he would take pleasure in since now he could order around those below him. A position with so such power filled him with more self-importance than he had before
