so i have an exam tomorrow morning which i can't even pretend to be prepared for and i am beyond fucked for it..... so what am i doing? avoiding studying! woohoo!

last night was the most fabulous night I have had in quite some time. It was an amazing Birthday/Christmas date for my beautiful wife and it ws lots of fun! Dinner at a nice restaurant.

it has gone done quite a bit i think the icing has helped.... i shall ice it some more later tonight perhaps. i is almost back to normal.

fighting the internal battle to not push that pretty little button that says LFC.... so. hard.must.resist.
