not mad at you...I consider it similar to any other fic writer who has RL come and get in their face forcing them to either move away or give up a particular story...let's face it we've all got to ear a living. But then, I'm no longer sitting at my computer refreshing pages of LJ and other pages....I too have had RL thrust itself upon...not as enjoyable as it sounds.
Will I read the original story? Probably not, but not because I don't like original stories...simply because the exchange rate is shite and until it gets better I'm unlikely to spend too many dollars overseas.
But the fact that you're doing something you love and earning money to boot is WIN in my book!
I really (REALLY) like your work. However, T-press have no option selling to clients outside the US, unless they're armed forces, which I'm not. (Just an Israeli fan.) What I'm asking is- can I pay you through any other method? Paypal? Worshiping your S/X? Some comission artwork?
*sighs* I really, really wish I could say yes. I do. But I can't.
Because I'm contracted with TQ, the stories there are legally entangled, meaning they're entitled to their percentage of every copy sold.
I'm fairly sure that they're set up for paypal, though, and I don't think there's any reason that wouldn't work through their website.
The best thing I can tell you is to try e-mailing them through the 'contact us' tab and ask them what the best way is to acquire books from the site. There SHOULD be some sort of program in place for credit cards, as well, in which you'd put in your info and the US amount would be translated to Israeli amounts on your bill.
I really AM sorry.
Some TQ titles are available through other venues, too. Like Amazon and such. I can't swear that mine are, but it's possible.
Hopefully one of these possibilites will wrk for you, and I do apologize again, but I can't and won't violate the terms of my agreement.
Sorry if that sounds cold, but... I really don't have much aside from my word.

Somewhere in life, I've missed the announcement of the first original fic! Will check out the second story though.
