Apples - four, unpeeled Two - cut into eighths, core, spread on bottom Two - cut into eighths, core, cut each into thirds, place in bowl Pork Roast Place on apple eighths Poke holes with knife (helps with tenderization during cooking) Meat Tenderizer Shake onto meat & spread Onion Powder Shake onto meat Apple Cider
