Mmm, Cloud coddling <3 Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy for him, though I'm worried about him being sick. You do a really good job of disconnected fever-vision, so to speak. :D And the introduction of Reno and vanishing platoons ... can't wait to see the next chapter. XD

Oh good, we're finally getting some answers as to what happened with the SOLDIER testing. I'm glad you introduced an enforced break on Cloud, he's been running around on nothing but adrenaline for far too long. Good to see Reno too, it's awesome that he made a recruitment offer for the Turks. Really, what else do you do with a rogue trooper who can out maneuver two Turks? Try to snatch him up before one of the other divisions can.

So I've been speculating, I'm wondering if Vali was Angeal's mount. It's the only thing I can think of that fits the clues you've been dropping.

Thanks for updating! Poor cloud. Zac and Seph taking care of him was lovely. Love how seph is still so unsure with his tentacles around cloud. Can't wait for the next chapter!

Mmm, tentacle snuggling! I really hope Cloud's fever is just simple illness and not some laboratory related stuff. I prescribe more tentacle snuggling, though. ~_^.

Stress is finally winning, 'tis all. And trust Cloud to get tentacle snuggling as opposed to just normal snuggling.
