Ooh I like this. I'd love to see some more back and forth and you know... Matt misusing his powers. And also to know where Molly is. And what Matt's done with Maya, and, and, and... :)
One of the things I loved about Matt in S2 was the way he kept crossing all this small lines without ever truly going dark. His actions can go morally gray, but he's a 'good guy' to such deep extent that we never even doubt he'll do the right thing when it matters. It's the natural way for him.
Mohinder, on the other side, keeps trying to do 'the right thing' and ends up being engulfed by the Company. He thinks and rethinks about right and wrong, because, unlike Matt, it doesn't come naturally to him. He really, really wants to do the right thing, but he's usually lost

Gods, I wish this had been canon. To date, Matt and Mohinder *still* haven't talked about Molly. O_o At least, not that I remember... *ponders*
