finally, real summer!

we had raccoons! they ate through part of the plastic cat-door on the back deck then got inside and opened food containers with their paws. amazing! i wish i could know when it's appropriate to approach plastic with my teeth versus my hands. such crafty critters

I was so sad that I couldn't talk to you for a whole month! I MISS YOU! I will be back on Tuesday and we will definitely be doing something on Wednesday. I hope you were absolutely miserable there so your stories will be ten times more fabulous! :)

Racoons used to get into our basement and open up the cat food containers. My mom started putting them up on the table with heavy objects on top but then it was just more of a mess to clean up in the morning! Crazy things.
