After four days of back-breaking 12-hour days, I'm finally moved and the old place is just a memory. The slumlord sent me several threatening letters demanding various amounts of money depending on her mood. I'm closing on my little slice of heaven on Thursday, and moving next weekend...but the packing efforts have begun in earnest now. Yikes! Well, it's 4:20am and I've been up for about an hour...strange, considering how much I like to sleep. Looks like I'll be napping in my office at lunch today. The boys crawled into bed with me last night and the little one snores enough to shake the rafters so I finally just gave up and came into the kitchen for some tea.
