I finally wrote up and sent my feedback for naominovik's Temeraire series. *wibble* The three books are probably the best I've read last year. I'm sure you already know the series, I've seen mention of it all around my flist. If not, don't wait to read it. It rocks. It feels very weird, though, to give feedback on a published work. It made me nervous as hell ( Read more... )

Well I haven't read it :)Nor am I going to be a writer, let alone a published one so.. we can quiver in awe together. :)

Then again.. I am slower than a wet week. One over here!

Hmm. I still haven't seen more than half of season two of BSG. Oneday will get around to seeing more than that. Sometime. Maybe. I kept missing the start when it was on tv and well, it is a lot to download to see the whole thing and ... ergh.

Did you know that Peter Jackson has optioned the movie rights for the Temeraire series? I'd love it if that worked out. I thought Lord of the Rings did some wonderful things with CGI, and a Temeraire movie would definitely stand or fall with good CGI. (Also, I still haven't sent feedback. I suck.)

I have to warn you that people who have seen all the available Dead Zone usually agree that they dropped the ball really badly after season three. Although personally I haven't seen that far yet, so I don't know.

Yes. I skim her journal from time to time. Isn't it great? I would love for him to do those movies.

*NOW* you tell me. //) First you pimp it to me and then this. :D

I'll see how I like it. I can imagine that they would have a problem if SPFlanery(sp?) or any of the other major players quit. That would be problematic.
