The Quinoa White Chicken Chili was delicious! I'll definitely make that again. I even made the effort to find it again, so I could share it, but linking proved tricky, since it's from a Facebook group. So here it is, in its entirety:

Mmmmm, that looks just too good. And I do love koriander. Actually dad and I love it. Mom? Not so much. Has something to do with her childhood and her mom feeding her tons of it.

For me, koriander is an acquired taste. I like it in some things, but the way certain Mexican restaurants insist on covering everything in it is overload. Which is also why Sven hates it, as I think that's been his only exposure to it. But it's excellent in marinades! I actually prefer koriander seeds to leaves, if I'm to use it in something like this. I might consider that for next time I make it.

I've never had Quinoa, I imagine it being a bit like a mix between rice and couscous. *shrug* No idea how it tastes.
Is it any good?

I really like it! I think it's better than couscous. And it's supposedly very healthy. It's high in protein and gluten free. It looks a bit like millet - those seeds you feed to parakeets/budgies.
