just google everything or call up a comp tech hotline and ask it's better to get it straight from someone who knows thier stuff than a bunch of lj'ers who half know it..
I was waiting to see if anyone could better answer but no one replyed to your post dude. So as far as I know IP is short for ISP which stands for Internet Server Protocol. I don't think it is possible that multiple peolpe can have the same IP address unless they are from the same internet connection. For example me and my roomate share the same shaw internet stream from the same modem, and split it at the router but i think our IP address is the same even though we are on two different computers...and he uses a mac. So an address only identifies the service location...i think :P
