Alright, I've had a couple requests for this in the past, so I figured I would go ahead and do this. Please do tell me if this gets put to good use.
I want to see icons, people! :)

woo. this effect is cool. i made this and this using it. I didn't do the last flood fill step because it made the image too dark, but the things I did do were cool. I like it. =]
