[RL w/Kratos - Facing one's past]

[Well, a promise is a promise, and Ten's promised to take Kratos on this one little trip. Even if he doesn't like it. And he doesn't like it, not at all. The last time he gave in, the last time he felt sorry for someone else and took them back to face their past, she - and he, as well - had almost ended up destroying the universe with the paradox

[He wasn't really sure what had prompted this idea, but after speaking to Ten about the events in his past, he had mulled over the idea of going back there ever since. Perhaps if he saw it again, if he viewed it from another perspective, he would be able to see that it wasn't his fault. Not really... He needed some kind of closure, especially as he was preparing to move on with Jacky now

[Ten had been anticipating that hesitancy. He knew how hard it was, facing your past, especially if you were someone who spent all their time running from it. He raised his hand in a little wave, offering a small smile before his face returned to being all business again.]

Are you sure you wanna go through with this?

[wingsoffate]

[He paused for a moment as he reached the door. He had to try. Otherwise it would haunt him forever. He nodded to Ten to show that he was ready.]

This is something I feel that I need to do. I cannot simply walk away now.

[Ten nodded back measuredly and stepped away from the door, pushing it open.]

Alright then. Just so we're clear.

[With that, he seemed to suddenly jump into action, disappearing into the TARDIS and beckoning Kratos to follow, slinging his long coat over a nearby rail as he did so.]
