Rosa had taken a moment to gather herself once she arrived at the castle. So many years had passed since she'd been inside its walls and yet it was as though no time at all had passed. Everything looked the same as she remembered and the people were as kind as she expected.

She was quite pleased to hear that Edward had moved past his grief and chosen someone else to lay his affections on, someone who could make him happy. She was even more pleased to find out that Penelo was his chosen bride. The two of them would make a lovely couple. Rosa couldn't help admitting to herself that she was excited for them both.

Pushing open the door, she headed straight for her friend, intending to wrap Penelo up in a hug. At least, with the video feeds they'd had recently, the younger girl wouldn't be shocked to see a much older Rosa.

"Penelo, it's so good to see you again," she murmured softly, smiling warmly at her friend.

Penelo may have considered her gracious, but for Garnet, she was more than happy to offer all that she could; he friend was getting married, it was unthinkable not to offer everything at her disposal, especially once she'd found out that the girls had been headed towards Alexandria to begin looking for a dress! Not to mention, it was a perfect distraction, especially in light of her recent embarrassments. Since they'd begun arriving, there had been every effort on her part to keep conversation flowing, behaving as though nothing was on her mind; this was all about Penelo, as it should be. Once Rosa arrived, Garnet mentally checked off her list of who they were still waiting on, besides the Seamstress.

"It's wonderful that you could make it, Rosa," Garnet chimed in. She hadn't seen Rosa in person, in nearly a year. The very thought was staggering.

Rydia wasn't far behind Rosa, of course. After determining with Penelo that Alexandria was the best place to gather, the summoner wasted no time in returning to the Mist Continent. News of Edward's proposal made her giddy, and provided the perfect distraction to various woes all over Gaia. Their day would be perfect, and she would see to that starting with Penelo and that wedding dress.

As Rosa headed for Penelo, Rydia avoided dog-piling the poor pride and instead strode toward Garnet with a grin. "You didn't think we'd miss this, did you?" She reached out for a hug, eager to reunite with the young queen and fellow summoner.

Considering the airship she had taken ended up making a few unscheduled diversions, Ashe found herself to be the last arrival in Alexandria. Business in Warjilis would continue to pass in her absence, she had been assured and so the princess had been admitted into the castle. Her feet fell silently along carpeted floors, and it was with anticipation that she made her way on.

A friend needed her advice, and though her own wedding planning had been mostly out of her hands, Ashe was determined to offer what help she could. At Penelo's request, she had not made the journey alone. Little Shain had been well behaved and quite content during the flight, and remained so as his mother carried him into the intended room.

She smiled, nodding as she entered.
