So at some point, Vaan and Penelo had come picked him up from Shumi Village. Basch then convinced the young Sky Pirate duo to retrieve Larsa from the Iifa Tree. Then, it was the matter of trying to convince them to go get Gabranth. It had taken a lot to try and convince them, but in the end, Basch won out.

Gabranth was family, no matter what had happened or what he had done, and Basch owed him that. At some point, someone who even knew where Tozus was was needed, so there came in Refia, and bam, our intrepid adventuring party comes to land in Tozus. Something like that.

He's anxious to see his brother in person, considering he hasn't seen him in over a year.

All this flying was trying for Penelo. Her fear of it still hadn't abated, although Vaan being the pilot did help. There was a sick knot in her stomach. Of anyone in the world she never wanted to see again, it was Gabranth. Even though she'd told Kain months ago that everyone deserved a second chance, even Gabranth... she still just couldn't get over her deep seeded fear of him.

For her part, she was only part of the ferry and she held back. She couldn't deny Basch and Larsa his presence, but she had no desire to be a part of it.

Vaan turned back to where Penelo, Refia, and Basch sat. "Hey, we're approaching Tozus. We'll be there in a few minutes, so you guys may wanna strap in for landing."

This whole trip had been so weird. Basch showing up was great, to be honest. And picking him up had been no biggie, but then he wanted both Larsa and Gabranth as well. Took awhile of convincing but sure enough Larsa was on board and they were on their way to Gabranth. Of course, Vaan didn't know the way and so now another passenger was on board, some girl named Refia.

This was becoming a full ship, wasn't it?
