Considering that Rose is locked away in another world and if Donna sees the Doctor again her head will explode, I doubt that this is true. Simm probably also wouldn't be back as the Master, as his version is dead.

I love Rose and I really want to see her again, but her story was sort of finished. I mean, what explanation are they going to give? And where is Ten2?
I think the only way she could be in it would be some sort of hallucination or flashback or whatever. But to be honest, I don't believe it's true at all.

That said, I will still scream and start jumping up and down if she does appear... :D
