I have this problem. See, I'm a grown man, and every night I curl up with a stuffed animal when I sleep. This is pretty freaky, right? Well, yeah, I admit it is, and I'm totally OK with that. While I wouldn't exactly want my co-workers to know about it, I'm just fine and dandy with the fact myself

go for it. I've made 2 plushes now and if the seams are just a little off, the whole thing is off. So it's different and a fursuit, which has more room for error.

Grey can be a tricky color to come by, especially 3 matching short pile and 1 long pile. Funny, I recently found mine after packing and moving. He's on the recliner at our new place.

And once you take apart the Meeko and make the patterns, be sure to include an arrow showing the direction of the fur.

It's certainly feasible. Farallon once made a life-size Kimba, and there are some fantastic large My Little Pony plush that sometimes go for similarly amazing money on eBay.

ISTR Farallon also made a large Pepe Le Pew, taking one of the normal-sized plush apart for the pattern, scaling it up, and tweaking it somewhat to thin the arms and legs down a bit.
