The snow that did last - Part 2

These are maybe half of the "best of" yesterdays photos because I’m afraid I took too many to post in one entry (when I even manage to go through them all) - and I took even more today.

This is was the view from my window in the early afternoon of 26 February:

Snow is smth. that can't susprise me because it's been around me since November. But I understand what you feel and the sights you are showing these days are realy impressive. :)

This is a street which is near my block. Just a small street I was going along to a supermarket yesterday and sent a WhatsApp photo to my friend. :)

Ouch, I'm afraid you have more ice than snow... but those people don't look very impressed. :)

We had a very heavy winter for our standards last year, but I was beginning to think that we weren't going to get any "real" snow this time... and then we got this surprise and it snowed even more in the meantime.

I feel very strange as I'm not adjusted to this kind of cold, it's difficult to figure out what clothes to put on, the streets are unsafe, it's too late for serious winter to be starting now... but still, the snow is beautiful.

And then we got even more snow. "Careful what you wish for..." :)

You get plenty of it without wishing. :)

Ooh, proper snow! Beautiful!

I would be jealous, but the boiler died and I have no heating at home, so now is not a good time for snow.

Looks a bit like Minnesnowta, except for less snow. :)

We got some more in the meantime, but I don't think we can compete with you. :)
