Clear blue sky, temperatures in the low 70s... a fabulous, brisk breeze. Feels like fall in South Carolina. I have the side door open and both windows in the living room - with the AC unit off! The bugs aren't too bad at the moment, though I should find something to cover the doorway and keep more of them out

Seventies?! In September?! Wow! We had three frosts just this week! Tuesday it was 24F when I got up! All our leaves have changed. Peak will be next weekend, then they'll be gone. I expect the mountains will have snow in the next couple of weeks. Enjoy your weather! And go get some of those apples!

Personally, I can't wait until we do have frost so I can cut back all the overgrown bushes etc. we have around here. I may live in the South, but I still love the fall like a New Englander.

Wow! I'm north of Chicago and we're warmer than you. lol. Still, it is gorgeous outside. Blue sky and 82 out. I love this weather but we get so many darn yellow jackets. Keeps me from driving with my windows down.

82? North of Chicago? Wow! Is this your Indian summer? We're supposed to get back up into the low 80s sometime during the middle of next week, but I'll keep these 70s for as long as I can.
