Either you are one or you never understand them. There really isn't an in-between. I am not sure that 16 year old boys giggle but I am sure if they do, Dean looks cute doing it. Nice story. Oh, I graduated with boys who still giggle. *snickers*

I am a bit of an animal-fool, really. I love them all, but especially horses, wolves, panthers, and snakes. So *shrugs*

But my mom is _definitely_ a horse-fool, and I partly based my version of Dean here on her.

I've always loved your out-takes and backstories of the Winchesters. Poignant, and pretty close to character.

Love that you explored the "soft" side of Dean ... what his dreams could be (apart from the fireman thing) about and detailing that there is more to Dean than just the hunt. His so acceptance of the impermenance of his joy is a painful thing, but very real.

What a great story....loved the whole thing. What a gorgeous analogy...Griffin and the Impala.

And John and Sammy making a silent deal to keep the peace for Dean's sake...it's so rare to find any kind of understanding between them and that fact that they do this for Dean makes it more special.
