Blame it on Gray Davis... He put us in this mess and the democrats in the California congress... Yes they are perdominantly Democrats who feel it's more important to sit on their thumbs and get a pay raise than to help out the little folk. Arnie is doing the best he can. He has to deal with the idiotacy that was dealt to him. He had to call them girly men just to pass a damn bill.
