Damn California State Budget....

okay so let me get this right... in order to save our state's budget we're gonna change tution fees for college students from 16$ per unit to 28$ per unit & inform them of this NOW!!!! WTF!!! i mean damn if your gonna do something like that you could at least post a notification or change the totals in your calculation for payment before you let kids regester and pay not in the middle then tell them after they've paid that they now owe you more because you changed it.... and why the hell are college students getting hit so hard with this?... please tell me that some of the rich ppl out there are getting hit this hard in proportion to them as well?!?! I mean... have any of them looked at the living conditions of kids in JC's recently!?!? whatever... okay... so i vented... now i have to go beg my parents for an extra 156 dollars to cover my tution... this so suckz...
