That... is random. But cool. :) But spelling out random words from magazine letters is a lot of fun - I'm a bit of a collage freak so maybe I should try something like that along with images I have of people. *eyes TV week and Who* So what - are you going to stick them directly onto the book and then cover it with that clear wrap stuff?
Hm - do you think the letters would last if I just put the clear contact stuff on them? I won't be able to put on slips because I've bought huge notebooks with the metal rings (binders?). *muses*
I have a total lack of common sense when it comes to anything remotely 'practical', forgive me. And even though I have no artistic sense either, this sounds like fun.
Aww, thanks Tigger! It's good to be back. *smishy hug*
I didn't know you were into Gossip Girl slash? Or am I just seeing things cause I'm so tired now? :|
I didn't like how dishonest Dan was with Vanessa/Serena. Nate/Jenny kinda makes my teeth hurt - hell, Jenny herself makes my teeth hurt and Dan/Serena is wayy too sweet. Ugh.
No, I'm not. But unfortunately I tend to see the subtext now - once you've been shown the pathway, you don't turn back. Especially with such beautiful people. :) But seriously - the Chuck/Nate thing is really kind of... obvious. I mean, in every scene they are always sleeping in the same hotel room. If that's not weird...
Really? I have a bit of a soft spot for Jenny - mostly because I thought what Chuck did to her was despicable, and because she's got such a caring big brother - and I want her to go out with Eric and bring a smile to the poor boy's face. He needs it - and if she can, she should... before it's too late, you know? [Ugh. Suicide. Awful topic.] And I want Nate to FIND SOMEBODY that he can like and who understands him and the way he feels about his family... *goes and hugs him*
Yep - Dan/Serena = too sweet for my mouth. Somebody break them up for a while or something! But not Vanessa - she deserves better, I say.
Oh definitely. I always though there was something going on between them. ;)
I agree about the Chuck thing cause rape is just shocking but some of the stuff she does... maybe cause I'm the eldest out of my siblings but I would pretty much hate to have a younger sister like her. She acts a little bit irresponsible and then expects not to get into trouble. /rant.
Eric needs happiness in his life, for sure, but I love the bond between him and Serena. They're really close and they can trust each other a lot.
And I want Nate to FIND SOMEBODY that he can like and who understands him and the way he feels about his family
A-FREAKIN'-MEN. Except not Jenny cause that pairing just doesn't sit well with me, LOL. *kisses his face*
Definitely. They're all over each other and too much PDA to handle for a fangirl. O_O Vanessa/Nate maybe?? Odd pairing but it could work.
I think people forget that Jenny's only fourteen - and she's so confused between the "elite" at her school and her good friends like Vanessa and her parents - whilst I was disappointed at some of the things she's done, I can't expect her to not make mistakes, y'know
( ... )
it's me! making my through my flist. so far i've made it 3 days back. just 27 more to go :o
do you know about the twist at the end of Gemini? because the twist made up for a lot.
Gossip Girl is my latest guilty pleasure. it did take me a while to warm it to it though because i was not that impressed by the pilot. but the characters of Blair and Nate and the relationship between Rufus and Serena's mom (i'm drawing a blank on the name right now) drew me in. Blair is my favorite character right now. and your right, Dan/Serena is getting too sickly sweet and annoying for me right now.
Oh, you poor thing. Have fun with that. I don't think I've written anything particularly inspiring in the past month, so don't worry about me. xD
Um - something about Bizarro? I have kind of vaguely read about it - I should probably watch it now, shouldn't I? Gossip Girl caught my attention instead. xD
I guess I was really impressed by the pilot because of the slick way it was carried out, and the views of NYC (which was kind of enough to make me watch it) - but it becomes an addictive show, doesn't it? I love Blair - she's the most fascinating on there, isn't she? I've also really warmed up to Nate - he's a sweetheart, isn't he? xD
i might have to give up the dream of catching up. i was on skip=140 and i had only gone back 3 days! :o
i can't remember what episode got me hooked on Gossip Girl. i fell in love with Nate during the episode he confronted his father. but Blair is so complex, i don't know when i started to love the character. but i do :D i think it's all the backstory they given her, makes her more of a rounded character.
LOL. It's the thought that counts, right? At least you tried. xD
Oh, definitely. The part where the police came and he gave his father up? My heart just broke. :P I agree about Blair as well - she has shades of sweetness and bitchiness, whereas her best friend Serena is perpetually sweet and perfect. Ew.
I will watch Gemini soon and let you know what I think. :)

Thanks, Brooke! That's a good idea :P
