Has anyone managed to, at least, track down the hall it's originiating from? Has anyone heard the sounds off of these devices? The odd manners of this boat may make it difficult to track down the source - and,

There was a strike earlier, but no, I haven't heard of any punishments announced...

Though he may consider this his announcement as well, or is simply waiting until we work ourselves up to announce it. He has..."demonstrated" his punishments over the comm before, in a manner similar to this, though you'er correct and it's possible that this isn't a punishment at all.
