Unguarded
Guy fleetingly wished he knew where the brat Locksley slept. With any luck, he would kill two birds with one stone.
The king’s tent was unprotected - was the guard inside? Guy sneaked in and raised his sword to the sleeping form. He froze as someone turned in the cot. The guard slept next to the king! Would this -
“Robin...” the king mumbled and put a protective arm on the young man.
Together. So defenseless together. The shock went straight to Guy’s heart. This was the perfect chance! Guy’s brain screamed.
Guy stumbled out of the tent and over the dunes.

So many loved ones were far away or dead now. Robin, most recently. They would keep fighting, but something weighed on Much’s mind.
“Little John,” he said, “you’re the best leader for the new gang!”
Little John winced but then smiled to Much. “Why do you say that?” he asked.
“You’re so strong, you had your own gang. You’ve been with Robin from the start. You care about the poor!”
“Ah, you’re kind to say so. But Archer - ”
“Archer may be many things, but he’s not - ”
“ - Robin?” Little John interjected.
“You. Archer is not you, Little John.”
