Congratulations, to Andrew Fire and Craig Mello, on winning the Nobel Prize in Medicine for showing the world how to silence genes. Tis admittedly a huge thing - less than a decade later, it's probably one of the more frequently used techniques in medical and genetic research and experimentation.
