Reminds me of a month back, where I had to cab it over to Kait's house at 2 am after getting back from the bar, because I realized I had lost my keys at some point during the night, and the roommates weren't home.... until after a $10 cab ride later, as we were pulling up in front of her apartment, the thought occured to me, "Oh.... my keys might be in THIS pocket!"
haha, yeah, i think i remember reading that, or you telling me, or something...
the funny thing was, we did a very similar thing at colby's before we left for the Coffee Cup earlier that night...we looked for HIS keys for a few minutes, until he realized that he hadn't checked his own freakin' pockets....so i guess making him stand outside in the cold for a couple of minutes while i recovered on the floor of my living room was penance enough for him laughing at me for doing the same thing he did.
but yeah. heh. i'm an idiot. but my story seems to have brought laughter to, if not the world, then at least the Xanga community...so i suppose it's worth it. i'll take one for the team.
