yes, I know you are not joking. oh, how I know. I wish I had saved the email I got today on a proof. It was to the tune of "this is not correct the logo goes on the front and the other logo goes on the back" (yes, they used no punctuation). of course you guessed the punchline; they only supplied one logo.
