So I had written a long, involved entry about my trip to Indianapolis to watch the Patriots-Colts game with Steph. Then some horrible combination of Livejournal and the general Internet collaborated to destroy the entry after I hit "Post," causing it to be lost as a draft and not post to the LJ. Brilliant. I'm surprised that LJ didn't save the buffer. Did it not offer to restore your saved draft? It does that for me.

I hit "post," which told LJ to kill the buffer, I think. But then my work internet crapped out and disconnected before the post actually got made. I blame this on my crappy work internet, not LJ.

The nice thing was that we got the tickets before the season started, so the hype hadn't built up to Full Acceleration Force yet. If we had put the tickets back up for sale, we could have gotten a couple thousand for them.

But then we wouldn't have been at the game!

I have to say, being there when your team loses is really sad... I got genuinely teary eyed when Serp and I went last year on the 5th.

I kept my mouth shut out of respect for the Colts fans on my way out of the stadium.
